From ROME,  
(coming from south Italy ) or from Bologna (coming from north Italy ) take the Superstrada E45 and exit at Città di Castello nord.

From FLORENCE, 
take Autostrada A1, towards Rome and exit Arezzo and the follow signs to Città di Castello.
